MY STORY
Meet the Maker – Maeva
I’ve always cared deeply about what I consume, what I put on my skin, and what I breathe in. From a young age, I found myself drawn to natural alternatives over the mainstream products you find in supermarkets — not just out of curiosity, but because I wanted to live more consciously.
As a teenager, I began crafting my own beauty products. When I became a mother, that instinct grew even stronger — I wanted my home to be a safe, chemical-free space for my family. That’s when I started expanding into household products too.

My husband is originally from Morocco, and through him and his family I discovered the richness of Arabic and Islamic traditions — full of prophetic wisdom and natural remedies that are often overlooked or forgotten in the West. I saw how powerful and beneficial these ingredients were for both body and soul — and how hard they were to find in everyday stores.
So I started gifting my creations to those around me. The feedback was heartwarming. People kept saying, “Why doesn’t this exist already?” And that’s when Noapy was born.
Today, I craft every product by hand in my home studio, using the cold process method for soap to preserve the full benefits of natural oils — unlike hot-processed soaps, which lose many of their nutrients due to high temperatures.
I’m self-taught — learning through internet resources, workshops, and years of practice — but above all, driven by a love for ethical, honest, and mindful crafting. For me, this isn’t just about soap or surface care. It’s about health, intention, and restoring a connection between care, tradition, and the planet.
